Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is available on orders over $500. Delivery times vary depending on location and are estimated at 5–14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@premiumaudio.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Warranty

All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified by Bowers & Wilkins. We assist with warranty claims but are not the warranty provider. For warranty service, please contact us with your order details.
